Our compound design and development team uses the latest simulation and prediction software including DOE tools for compound design optimization. Tyre performance attributes are mapped using a dynamic mechanical analyzer on the compounds, even before the actual tyre making process starts. We are also equipped with advanced apparatus that can predict the life of tyre, environmental resistances, material signatures of the competitions, wear resistance, fatigue and durability.
